Manual harvest in boxes of 20Kg. In the cellar there is a careful selection of grapes, they are destemmed, and pressed, followed by a period of 48 hours of clarification of the must. Alcoholic fermentation it took place for a few months at temperatures between 12 and 16º.
This wine resulted from an 18-month aging in stainless steel on fine sludge until bottling.
