Manual harvest in boxes of 20Kg. In the cellar there is a careful selection of grapes. After a total destemming, soft crushing followed by a period of cold pre-fermentative maceration in the mill for about 24h, afterwards as masses were transferred to fermentation vats. Aging 12 months in French oak barrels.
